 Following an exhaustive evaluation period lasting over 9 months, Options Group have appointed Netmetix as their sole
IT service and infrastructure partner.
Options Group is a leading UK provider of support and education services for children, young people and adults with
autistic spectrum disorders (ASD) and behavioural, emotional and social difficulties (BESD) from its seven centres and its head office in Alcester.
Netmetix will be providing a full range of support services across all 8 sites of the group as well as providing holiday and
sickness cover for the in-house IT team.
We are delighted to welcome Options Group as a new client to Netmetix and look forward to working with them in the future.

After 10 months with us, Webster has now moved on to the next stage of his training to become a Guide Dog at the National Centre in Leamington Spa.
He had developed into a lovely dog with a real character and we were sorry to see him go, but we wish well in his future life.

 We are extremely proud to announce that following a final exam for Andy Child, our longest standing engineer,
100% of our support team are now qualified to Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) level. This underlines
and affirms our commitment to delivering outstanding service and support to our customers.
The MCSE accreditation comprises of 7 separate disciplines and examinations over a period of years and demonstrates
an individual's expertise and experience in designing and implementing infrastructures for Microsoft Windows
Server based business solutions.

We are delighted to welcome Richard Gillis as a new member of the Netmetix technical team.
Richard has strong experience in the IT support services sector and moves from his previous role as Technical Services Engineer for
Supreme Systems in Birmingham. Richard has multiple Microsoft certifications (MCSE, MCSA, MCITP, MCTS, MCDST) and a first class
degree in Artificial Intelligence awarded at the University of Birmingham.
In his spare time Richard enjoys snowboarding although we are a little short of snow at the moment!
We wish Richard every success in his new role at Netmetix..

 Dytecna, a UK based design and manufacturing supplier to the defence and commercial industries, have been long standing committed users
of innovative technology in their IT systems, with much of it provided by Netmetix and have now upgraded the servers and storage at their
Malvern site using the latest SAN and Blade technologies from HDS and HP.

Following the relocation of their Rugby office, leading local Accountants, Burgis & Bullock have been amongst the very first companies in the UK to
implement the groundbreaking Talari Adaptive Private Networking technology.
Talari has allowed them to replace their costly SDSL connectivity with much more cost effective ADSL services.
This has provided significantly increased

 We are delighted to announce the birth of
baby Thomas Finlay Watson to Steve, our Technical Manager and Michelle,
our Office Administrator.
Thomas was born at 7:20am on Sunday 13th June at a healthy 7lb 3oz.
Michelle intends to return back to work after her maternity leave.
Thomas is Steve and Michelle's first baby. |

 Long standing Netmetix client, Hybrid Air Vehicles of Bedford, hit the big time
this week with an order from the U.S. Department
of Defence (DoD) totalling over ½ Billion U.S. Dollars.
The contract in cooperation with Northrop Grumman is to build up to 3 new hybrid airship weapons system, just larger than
the length of a football field.
As a result of this new contract, Netmetix has secured an order for a major upgrade of their entire IT systems in order to
support the detail design and manufacture of these new vehicles.
The first air ship will take to the skies in just 18 months to
provide an unblinking, persistent eye for more than three weeks at a
time to aid U.S. Army troops in Afghanistan. |

Last Friday saw the arrival of our new Guide Dog puppy Webster. He's an 8 week old Black Labrador, who is already showing signs of being a real character.
He will be given a week or so to settle in at home before coming to join us at the office.

computer network infrastructure at both of their offices. The new systems will provide the growing workforce at both offices with access to centralised

demonstration suite has all the latest Cisco Unified Communications equipment for live demonstrations on how Cisco can help bring a competitive edge
to any business, and proved to be a great hit at the show.

at their UK head office. Biddle Air Systems are suppliers

and have offices all across Europe.
