Sometimes, there's simply no substitute for having a network
specialist actually on-site rather than on the other end of a telephone line.
Our NETCARE Onsite service provides a dedicated, named engineer on-site for a half day or full day
at specified regular intervals. During the time on site, he will fulfil duties
as if he were an in-house member of IT staff and address any IT related issues within his scope.
In addition, by "learning" the business processes, he will also seek to make suggestions or recommendations for potential improvements wherever and whenever possible. We will then have regular review meetings to assess the recommendations and discuss what actions if any, should be taken. A visit report will be provided following each site visit detailing the work done and highlighting any issues or recommendations.
This provides our customers' staff with a familiar IT "expert" who they can take their IT issues and problems
to, leaving in house staff free to fulfil their regular duties.
It also provides ad-hoc on-site support when required, for those occasions when a remote fix is not possible.
